
Ingredients
10lbs clams, fish, or other seafood
1-1/2lbs salted pork, finely chopped
2qts onions, chopped
2-3/4 gallon potatoes, diced
1-1/2 gallon hot water
2 gallons hot milk
Salt, to taste
1 cup parsley, chopped
Directions
- Cut seafood into 1 inch pieces.
- Fry salt pork until crisp. Add onions and cook until tender.
- Add potatoes and water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add seafood and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes or until seafood and potatoes are tender. 5. Stir in milk, add salt to taste.
- Heat, add parsley.
