Ingredients

10 heads romaine lettuce, chopped

Nine 11oz cans on mandarin oranges

5 cups pecans, chopped

20 stalks green onions, chopped

10 avocadoes, peeled and sliced

5 cups vegetable oil

2.5 cups sugar

2.5 cups vinegar

.25 cups salt

1 cup parsley

2Tbsp black pepper

Directions

Toast chopped pecans at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, and parsley to make the dressing.

Just before serving mix salad ingredients together and toss with the dressing.
