
Ingredients
100 Boneless chicken breast halves
2/3 cup cornstarch
2/3 cup cold water
5 cups sugar
5 cups soy sauce
2.5 cups vinegar
1 bulb of garlic crushed
5 tsp ground ginger
3 tsp black pepper
Five 28 oz cans of pineapple tidbits
40 oz white rice
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Lay chicken pieces on a baking sheet, and partially cook for 10-15 minutes.
Mix cornstarch, water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper together in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and stir continuously until thick. Pour half of the sauce over the chicken on baking sheets.
Put the chicken back in the oven for 30 more minutes, basting it with the remaining sauce every 5-10 minutes. Add the pineapple tidbits for the last 5 minutes. 5. Cook rice according to package directions.
Serve chicken over the rice.
