Ingredients

18 lbs iceberg salad greens

1 gallon can sliced olives

5 lbs grated cheddar cheese

6 large Walla Walla onions, chopped

9 large tomatoes, chopped

18 lbs meat (ground beef, turkey, chicken)

60 to 70 oz canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed

3 large bags tortilla chips, broken

3 large tubs sour cream

4 large bottles salsa

Directions

Cook the meat.

Place toppings in serving dishes.

Combine salad greens and tortilla chips, or keep separate. Guests then serve themselves and add the toppings they choose.
