
Ingredients
20lb Potatoes, peeled and diced
14lb Hamburger, browned
8lb Carrots, diced
Six 8oz cans Cream of mushroom soup
Five 8oz cans Cream of chicken soup
Five 8oz cans Cream of celery soup
1 bunch celery, diced
3 TBSP black pepper
Fourteen 9×13 baking dishes
Directions
Boil potatoes, carrots, and celery for 8-15 minutes (stop before they’re mushy).
Combine all ingredients together and distribute evenly into baking dishes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
