
Ingredients
20 lbs ground beef
5 onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
12 cups corn (canned or frozen)
3⁄4 cup chili powder
5 green peppers, chopped
128 oz canned tomatoes
3 cups cornmeal
6 cups water
5 boxes of cornbread mix
5 eggs
2.5 cups oil
Directions
Combine beef, onions, garlic, bell peppers, chili powder, corn, and canned tomatoes in a large skillet.
Cook until beef is lightly browned. Stir in cornmeal and one cup of water. Simmer for 10 minutes and then pour into large casserole dish.
Combine cornbread mix, eggs, and remailing water. Then pour mixture to cover the top of the skillet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
