Ingredients

3 cups margarine

6 cups sugar

6 eggs

8.25 cups flour

3 teaspoons vanilla

6 teaspoons cream of tartar

3 teaspoons baking soda

3 TBSP cinnamon (for topping)

1.5 cups sugar (for topping)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl mix together flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.

Roll into small balls.

Mix sugar and cinnamon together and dip cookies into the mixture, coating well.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 10-12 minutes.
