Who doesn’t love burritos? This is an easy, nutritious, and filling dish to make. Shopping list is for approximately 130 people.

-Ground beef 30 lbs
-Rice 5 lbs
-Shredded cheese 10 lbs
-Sour cream 10 lbs
-Salsa 8.5 lbs
-Taco seasoning 22 oz
-Black beans 13 lbs
-Tortillas 130 count
-Lettuce 2lbs
Cook ground beef until browned and add taco seasoning and water according to package. Warm black beans on stove top or crock pot. Cook rice in rice cooker or stove top. Warm tortillas in oven if you like. Serve tortillas open faced with beans, beef, rice, and all toppings. Participants can roll up the tortilla into a burrito themselves.
